Hi
I have a dvd with a VIDEO_TS folder in it. Can somebody point me out a way to watch this movie on my BlackBook?
Dvd player won't play it.
Quicktime neither
VLC neither.

Help?

have you tried dragging and dropping it into DVD Player?

that should usually, do the trick....

Yeap... tried... did not work...
Inside the folder there are these files
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_0.VOB
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB

Note this dvd plays on my DVD player (phillips) but not in my Mac. I want to watch the video while I travel...

DVD player DOES play video_ts folders (as well as VLC) If neither is working then something is wrong with the video_ts folder. Try this, go into DVD player, then File -> Open DVD Media, select the video_ts folder, and it should work.

Got it... I just upgraded my VLC and not it works great... :D
