I wear my watch to bed to track sleep but can someone explain why it has me exercising all night and while I’m sleeping and has me standing all night first time this ever happened don’t know how or why

As you can see I was asleep lol.

I wear my watch to track sleep, too, and I never had that happen. Something's definitely off, or you had a very restless night of sleep!

This may be a dumb response but, did you accidentally start a workout before bed?

No. But like I said look at my stand I’ve been standing since 12am every hour? Lol. I went to bed like 10 got up at 5 and my watch tracked me standing all night. I turned my watch off maybe that will help reset something or rectify it. Hopefully see what happens tonight

Not usually I’m a back sleeper with a wedge pillow and cpap but if I recall I took my mask off last night and I was on my side quite a bit
More then usual
That may explain some or all of the results. I have found that if you lay or sleep on your side in bed, the watch still sees to you as active. I have gotten alerts in bed before that I need to keep moving almost there, as well as getting credit for standing like you did. Mind you my hypothesis is based on anecdotal premise.

Doesn't activity list any workouts?

I have tried forgetting stopping a other workout and it resulted in similar experience.

Also manually adding exercise to health and get the dates wrong will also result in some "funny" statistics.

My watch logs standing hours while I sit upright in my recliner, but not sitting at my desk or pickup. I don’t sleep with my watch on, so I don’t know if it would do that for me.
