Watch and Iphone simultaneously with incoming call

Since this week Apple watch and iphone rings at the same time with an incoming call.

Also happens with colleagues.
Bug ios 16.0.3?

Never had this before.
Even Apple answered:

Your watch, when worn is supposed to alert you to incoming calls and notifications. Your iPhone is not supposed to ring, unless the phone is unlocked, meaning it is being used and is at that moment the dominant device.

My phone, and watch, and tablet, and Mac all ring at the same time when someone calls. That's fine. The problem is to get the others to shut up once I pick up the call on a device.

They always both rang unless I turned the iPhone's silent switch on.
