So today I decided to wipe and rebuild my Apple Music library for various reasons. I deleted everything, and added back the artists and albums I would still like to keep. I always keep about 30+ albums synced to my Apple watch S4 (GPS only). After cleaning up my library, the Watch app on the iPhone shows 1 album waiting to sync to my watch, but I've not selected a single playlist or album to sync. Is this some weird iOS 13 bug? I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps except unpairing the watch, which I would really like to avoid if possible.
