Watch Apps Not Showing Up In Available Apps List

I just purchased AutoSleep for AppleWatch and it isn’t showing up either installed or in the list of available apps to install on the watch app. This is not the first app to do this. Any ideas why a watch app may not show up in the Apple Watch iPhone app?
