Sorry if this was posted already, but I ran into an issue while attempting to log into the 3 Watch Disney apps for my kids over the weekend.
On the 3rd gen model, each app had a separate authentication screen (watchdisneychannel.com/activate, watchdisneyjunior.com/activate and watchdisneyxd.com/activate). So I went into the app store, downloaded the three apps. Launched Watch Disney and logged in with my Comcast credentials. I then opened the Watch Disney Junior app. The new app defaults to "Live TV", but it displayed a static tv with an error saying it couldn't display live tv. I checked some random episodes and those also errored out.
It apparently had attempted to login to the Disney Junior app as well. So I logged out of the Junior app and re-authenticaed in that app. Low and behold, the Live TV was working as well as the On Demand episodes. However when I went back to Watch Disney, the Live TV on that app was now broke and the episodes didn't work.
I called the Watch Disney support and they weren't any help. Didn't even have a 4th Gen Apple TV to confirm my issue. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
My thought is that it is attempting to authenticate all 3 apps, but clearly there are three separate logins for the three apps. So it sees I've authenticated to Disney Channel, but not Junior, so Junior doesn't work.
