Watch does not recognize Reminders after update

Title pretty much says it all. Whenever I try to add a reminder of something to my food shopping or other list, my watch says they can’t find it. Anyone else with the same issue? How do I notify Apple about this issue?

My initial thought is it has to do with Apple bungling Reminders in iOS 13. It doesn’t sync properly between devices, especially the iPhone.

They may be part of your issue.
