Series 5, most recent software (as of September 23rd)

When I ask the watch via Siri it says it doesn't know who I am and that I can update this in Siri Settings.

I google'd it and it seems there should be an option in settings, siri, my information or something like that but I don't see that option at all.

Annoying because I can't say things like hey siri call my mum or directions for home, etc.

Edit: All this info does work on my phone.

I have the same issue with my Series 5 cellular version.. WatchOS 6.0.1. Only happens when away from my phone and as you pointed out, there is no setting under Siri on teh watch to set my information

This randomly got fixed for me somewhere along the way (i thought it was 6.0.1? but maybe not).

The only 'real' advice which amounts to nothing I can suggest is making sure you power off / on both the phone and the watch. This cleared up a lot of other random bugs I was having and may or may not have fixed this one. Although like I said it did get fixed somewhere along the way.

Yep I have the same. I don’t think it’s the watch. i have to keep resetting it on my phone. So go to siri settings on your phone. Go to your name and change it to someone else from your contacts list and then change it back to yourself and it starts working again.
