My mom lives in Miami. I'm in Nebraska. My question is. if she has a cable provider that allows her to use the WATCH ESPN app but doesn't use it....will they figure out I'm using it and block her access? She doesn't mind if I use her login.

You shouldn't have a problem, I have a friend that shares her Xfinity login with people across the country, the only problem I may see is that if you're both using it at the same time, but that's doesn't seem like it will happen.
