Watch face apps yet?

As per the title. Seen a few apps in the App Store but when you read the reviews it appears all is not as it seems.
Anyone have such an app that lets you have customised and different working watch faces?

Any app that can be interpreted as a dedicated watch face is banned from the app store in the developer terms and conditions.
