Watch Face

I would like to change my watch face using some pictures I have synced on my watch. I read a couple ways to do it but neither have worked.

I pressed on the picture as Apple says, but nothing happens.

I have pressed on the watch face but there is no picture options.

I am new to this, so any help would be appreciated.

Mark the pictures on your phone that you want to use as favorites (click the heart icon on the bottom of the pic.)

Next go to the apple watch app on your phone and go to photos section.make sure favorites is selected as the sync choice.

give it a few minutes and then the photos should appear in the photos app on the watch. you can press and hold any photo on the watch to set it as a watch face.

At the risk of sounding obvious... has your watch been updated to WatchOS 2.0? Force touching a photo should have brought up the option to make a watch face. If nothing is appearing, it makes me wonder if it's still on WatchOS 1.0.

Thanks..I didn't realize it but I needed to update the watch software. Now it is working fine.
