Watch Face?

I don't get it, I go to make a watch face and some pictures work and some don't, I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I tried sizing the one I wanted and that didn't work. Is it all about the format?

Well, that works, thank you so much. One lasting thing can I move the time to the bottom and not blocking the picture. I don't see that is an option.
