Watch interfering with iPhone data connection?

Ever since I got my Watch this week my iPhone 6 on 9.21 has been dropping data connection while the Watch is synched. I still see the phone has signal, and the Watch seems to be getting updates but the iPhone will no longer connect to internet or get data. I have to turn off my iPhone and restart it and it is fine for a while. It has done this every day that I've had the Watch.
The other change is I just updated to 9.21 on the iPhone. I guess I'll have to try to reload 9.21 but it seems watch related to me....
Anyone heard of the Watch somehow effecting the iPhone data connection.

The watch connects to your phone over Bluetooth so I'm not sure how that would cause data interference. Also, are you going to be updating to iOS 9.3 and WatchOS 2.2 anytime soon? They were both released earlier this week.

No, waiting to see if 9.21 get s a jb. I may reinstall 9.2.1 maybe something loaded wrong. Also, my phone got unlocked at this reinstall so maybe it's a phone iOS issue. I was on 8.4 and updated to 9.21 to use the Watch.
