Why does Apple informs people with atrial fibrillation that the Apple Watch app is not for them. I have have intermittent fibrillation, on blood thinners (Eliquist), and although I'm not expecting 100 percent accuracy was planning on using the ECG function when I go off the blood thinners for two days a month to donate platelets at the blood donor center in Delaware. My cardiologist has no problem with my donating platelets even if I'm in an A-Fib condition, I was going to use this function as my own go-no go criteria.

Hmmm, I was just put on eliquis for dvt issues in my left leg after foot surgery. Hoping to get off it in the next 3 months or so. But hearing this, doesn’t make me happy. :(
