I have an LTE Apple Watch and go running pretty often. During an early part of my normal route, my watch normally loses connection for almost 5 minutes and there have been times where I've missed notifications (although nothing life threatening) and didn't see it until a couple hours later when I get back to my iPhone. And there are other spots where I lose connection also.
Some could argue that going out for a run should be more of a "disconnected" experience but I specifically purchased an LTE watch and pay for service to stay connected when I'm away from my iPhone for hours at a time.
Unless I'm missing something, the watch doesn't have a feature to "catch up" on missed notifications when connection is re-established, right? Even for non-LTE watches, it would be nice to get missed notifications when the watch reconnects with the iPhone or even wifi.
