Watch no longer auto checks heartrate on WatchOS3?

Is this just how it is now, or is it a bug in the beta? The watch only checks HR when I go to the HR screen manually.

Go in the health app and check vitals you'll see it's checked every hour.

Mine sure doesn't only check every hour. It constant damn near according to the health app.
And that's just the little span of time in the SS started when I got up until current time.

Mine checks almost constantly...like ever 5-15 min!

Mine has not checked my heart rate on its own ever since I Put it in the "dock" I think this may have something to do with it. Im not sure though. I have not really had time to play with it.

Ah youre right. Like the quote below it no longer shows the hr app itself as having updated. E.g. It says last checked two days ago.

It hasn't always done it this way has it? I hadn't worn the watch in almost a year until os3 so it's been a while.
