Watch now captures ‘naps’

Not seen any mention of this ’ feature’ added to watchOS 11, but it appears that the watch can now capture naps during the day.

Appears it was reported in the betas by MacR …but I must have missed it.

checking ‘yesterdays’ data it is showing between 16:54 and 18:17.

It's been working for me also, and is pretty accurate. No need to turn on Sleep Focus or any kind of user intervention, the watch handles it all transparently.
