Watch OS 10 and the missed iPhone disconnected icon

Hi to all. Since OS 10, when iPhone and Watch are disconnected, the red iPhone icon
watchos-watch-iphone-disconnected-inline-icon.png
don't appear anymore.
All I can see is a "cumulative" icon set when I'm in Control Center.
Is there a way I can restore that red iPhone icon on the main watch face, like the red dot just like a notification?
