Watch OS 2.1 not pairing with iphone6s

After update to watch os 2.1 the watch would not connect so I reset the watch to reconnect and now it does not pair.
Anybody else seeing same issue?
I am using iphone 6s on IOS 9.2

I had something different happen to me, but holding the power button and home button until you see the Apple logo fixed my issue.

I am using iphone 6s on IOS 9.2

Mine is having the same issue. I held down both buttons, but it didn't fix it when it came back on. I tried to unpair it from the Apple Watch app on my phone, but since they weren't communicating, my phone thinks it is no longer paired, but my watch still thinks it is, but it can't find the phone.
I tried to do a reset from the watch, but it says to unpair it from phone first. I'm screwed for now.... Someone please help!

Did you also reset the iPhone?
