Watch OS 3.1 Glances

Are Glances gone in Watch OS 3.1. I've been trying to locate the options on my phone and in my watch and they don't appear. I just received my watch today and I'm having a little bit of trouble finding the options. Any help that you can provide would be great. Thanks.

Glances has been replaced by the Dock
Since the debut of Watch OS3.
