howdy, I got up this morning and noticed my watch is stuck on the boot up screen, I'm on os 3.0 beta
the screen goes blank for 60 seconds then lights up again and so on etc
I've tried respring but still the same.

any ideas????

Try and restore your watch from the watch app. If it won't connect, then yes...you'll have to send it into Apple.

that's the plan now, I've tried the respring, but it keeps looping /rebooting, so its gonna die a slow and painful death, then will try to revive tonight

Any luck? I am curious about the end result. Wishing you luck!

I keep seeing people post that they are trying to "respring " their watch. Sorry if this is a stupid question but WTH are you talking about? I have wracked my brain and cannot figure out what you could possibly be saying unless you're talking about rebooting it. I'm confused!

It is a restart. Respring is a jailbroken term for iPhones.

Also on the iPhone (and I believe the :apple:Watch) the Home screen icons/layout is called SpringBoard. If it blacks out and then comes back on as it sometime does this is called a SpringBoard respring.:)

The watch actually has a different name for the "Springboard". I can just never remember what's its called. (Been trying to remember for a while now)

Any luck? I am curious about the end result. Wishing you luck!
