Watch OS 5 no BPM

I just upgraded my Series 3 watch to Watch OS 5. The complication I use no longer shows last BPM. It only now says "HEART RATE". This is very aggravating, I use that information a lot. It even shows the watch face complication as showing that!!

Anyone else noticing this issue? Or have a solution? It appears to be a bug. Or if intentional, very poor design choice. Now I have to tap on "HEART RATE" to see my last heart rate. Major step backwards.

Right after posting, I thought about doing that, and it did the trick. The watch restarts during the install, so had thought that would do it. Thanks for the suggestion.
