Hi all i was under the impression that you didn’t have to setup a schedule through sleep or use wind down if you didn’t want to and therefore could just press sleep in the control centre and use the function manually. That’s what I have been doing anyway and the watch and phone go into sleep mode however when I wake up and end the cycle nothings ever recorded in health?? What am I doing wrong?

So far, I don’t see the value of it, unless it is much improved with AW 6. After testing it, all it does is keep track of how long you sleep. What is the point of that? As far as I can tell, it does not tell you how great of a sleep you have.

Also - is there a way to setup the watch where it turns of the watch display at night on the AW5? Drives my wife crazy... :)
