I am pretty happy with 8.3, it has not changed my battery life for the worse it might actually have become a bit better.
On a different note 15,2 on my iPhone definitely is a big improvement! Last night I lost 2% all night and I usually lose 10+

On iPhone If 15.2 continues to be as good as it seems I might never update again... ?
