Watch OS Beta 4 Version Number?

I don't seem to be getting beta pushes. I have removed and installed the profile a few times, rebooted both the watch and phone. Unless the beta installed automatically with no notification? My version is: 8.1 (19R5566a) General/About.

Could someone running beta 4 please check this for me and post what it is? Any ideas if I am not on beta 4 and not getting pushes what could be the issue or remedy?
