watch os3.1 beta wont show up?

I have been running beta versions of both IOS and Watchos for a long time. I have seen there is a 3.1 beta for Watchos but I cant for the life of me get it to show up. I have deleted and reinstalled the beat profile numerous times rebooted etc.

Any idea what could be the issue?
