Will watch os3 be available for the original Apple Watch? Wasn't sure if it was just for the new watches series 1 and 2? I sure hope not
It's usually mid-morning. Typically around 10am PT it starts to show up.I am on the West Coast and just checked for it and it's not showing up for me. Is the release staggered across time zones? Thanks!
Thanks. That makes sense. I was just hoping to download before my day started! It's usually mid-morning. Typically around 10am PT it starts to show up.
Pretty sure Apple also segments the availability...so their content network isn't destroyed by everyone in the world starting the download at 10am.SO, be patient if it doesn't show up right away.

Yeah, they'll never do that for a major release.Thanks. That makes sense. I was just hoping to download before my day started!
This is what I'll be doing -- waiting for either iTunes or the phone to tell me to download. It could take a few days, but that's OK.Pretty sure Apple also segments the availability...so their content network isn't destroyed by everyone in the world starting the download at 10am.SO, be patient if it doesn't show up right away.

"Downloading to watch" now.
No. You need iOS 10.can you install OS 3 if your phone is running OS 9.X / the latest OS9, or do you need to have iOS 10 installed. Dying to try the watch update... but i have never installed a day 1 release of a new iOS version and wait till the update came out. And seeing the issues i think i want to hold off too.
How long does yours say? Mine still says 5 hours.
