My understanding is that Watch OS4 was meant to remove the limit on the amount of locally stored music, making it subject only to the available storage on the device. But I’m finding that I am still limited to a small amount like before, and I get an “out of space” message when I try to add more. I’ve found this both on my soon-to-be-retired Series 2 and on my new Series 3 LTE. I have very few apps on the watch, so it’s not like I’m using the space for something else.

I believe that some others have encountered the same. Is anyone aware of a fix?

iOS 11.0.1 fixes this issue. iOS 11.0.2 is now out. Update your phone and you should be able to put more music on your watch.
