Watch OS4 - No iCloud Music Library?

I’m really not understanding this new music app. It used to read every single song, presumably from your phone. Now, whether you’re near the phone or not, you can only select music you previously chose to sync. Did they make this function like an iPod? Am I missing something? Thank you!

You’re missing that the support for Apple Music, streaming, and whatever else wasn’t ready for launch and is coming in an October update.
