Watch OS6 Leaving GPS on While With Weather Watch Face

Updated Watch 4 today and have always had weather on my watch face. Now it leaves gps on both watch and iPhone. Had to change out weather. Changing weather to anything else turns gps off on both watch and iPhone.
Anyone else?
