I thought it was recording way too movement last night on my walk but whatever. It ended the day at 958 which was high.

Overnight, it recorded 477 in my sleep. I also charged the battery before my walk so it was 100%. Overnight, it drained to 45% which is also something I've never seen. It should be around 80% or so and it didn't record my sleep in auto sleep. It also says I was standing for 10 hrs and I had the most restful night that I've had in a week and I had surgery in the 30th.

Is there anyway I can just reset this day and start over?

Give it a restart, maybe it's a one-time glitch
I have two watches so when one needs to be charged, I charge it and wear the other.

I put on the other watch now and since about 9am, the battery is down to 61% which is ridiculous and it'c claiming that I've burned 264 calories. I've been lazy today and spent half of the last 5 hrs in bed. Now I'm fixing dinner to go work. Something is wrong with both of these watches suddenly. Possibly the latest update has some bugs?

Could be as well as there're some intensive measures enabled. Can't test it because I'm a non-Apple Watch.
A friend of mine used to have something like that, but there was something some dodgy settings.
Not a battery problem indeed, if it's represented on both devices
