Watch Series 2 random slowdown

I am using the Series 2 SS Hermes watch and noticed some slight slowdown with OS3.1.1. When I get a notification or when I pull the notification shade up/down the animation stutters. It happens intermittently but those are the most identifiable times when it occurs.

Anyone else experience anything similar?

You could try re-pairing the Watch with the iPhone and then shutting down the Apple Watch, then turning it back on. See if this makes a difference. If it doesn't, it's likely due to some sort of glitch in the software.
