Watch Series 3 running 6.1 compatible with iPhone SE?

On the Apple Watch Series 3 page it says it requires iPhone 6s or later. Is an iPhone SE an “or later” device? It is running iOS 13.2. I’ve searched but most posts saying it’s compatible are from 2018.

Yes, the SE running iOS 13.x will work fine with any Apple Watch running watchOS 6 and up.
