When I‘m downloading an app on my iPhone I don’t see it on my watch. Not on my watch app in the iPhone either. But it’s enabled in the settings. I have to download it from the watch store to can use it. But some apps always say I have to open the app on the iPhone to can use it on the watch. Done. Doesn’t work. And when I’m deleting an app on the iPhone it’s still on the watch.

Another problem: Changing something in the settings on the watch app -> not changed in the settings app on the watch.

I see similar problem with iOS 13 and watch OS 6. When I changed certain settings on the watch app on iPhone, e.g. change watch face color or change what shows up in the watch face, it does not change in the watch. This does not consistently happen and is rather sporadic. Sometimes it happens and other times it works just fine. When it does not work, disabling bluetooth on the phone so watch is disconnected or restarting the phone and watch usually solve the problem. It seems to be a bug in either the watch OS or iOS.
