All of a sudden my series 7 watch is showing this phrase when I open messages on my Watch. It says in a banner cross the top of the screen "Viewing - All Messages. " I have no idea how this got there or how to get rid of it. The banner takes up about 1/4 of the opt of the screen right under the word Messages. If I tap on the word Viewing, I then get the choices All Messages, Known Senders or Unknown Senders.I have pasted a picture below.

How the heck do I get rid of this. I have never seen this before. I have not updated anything and I am still running watchOS 9 on my series 7.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

No one has any ideas on how to remove the Viewing All Messages from the screen?

Thank for the reply. And Yes, multiple times. There are the same option choices in the messages app on the phone but the option bar goes away after you select all messages.

Thanks all. It just started recently. I can’t pinpoint when but within the last two weeks. My series 7 is on WatchOS 9.X. I don’t want to go to 10 as I don’t want to lose the customizable dock. I may try to restore from backup but I fear the more recent backups would have this bug.
