Watch sluggish sending email on WIFI

Apple Watch is sluggish sending email over WIFI in my experience but sends email right away when my phone is nearby.

Why do you keep opening new threads for things which either don't require an answer from forum members or just to slate the Watch - Mapps too slow etc or for info on e.g. Theatre mode - when you can just search the other threads. How many is that now 3? 4? Pointless and irritating.
