Watch sound off

Has anyone had the problem where the watch in glances keeps turning the sound off? It's the connected glance where the plane symbol and moon symbol is. The one on the left keeps turning off on me.

Weird, my sound button is on the right of the three circles. Maybe because I am lefty and wear on my right hand with the crown on the bottom left, but still didn't think the layout like that would be different.
