Here's her response...

"Yes it was foolish! It was a prank and no food was ever sent out to a customer! Everything got trashed!!! I would never ever put something on you tube doing something like that to another human being! It was a joke that went to far and I am so sorry for any embarassment i caused for Dominos!"

Ya, sure it was a 'prank'. Can't imagine she'd lie and say that food wasn't sent to the customer...

What she probably didn't realize she was doing was defaming a company with very very deep pockets. Good joke- yuk it up. I'm no lawyer, nor do I play one on TV but I'd imagine Dominos would press some charges of some kind here.

Pizza

If I was the owner of Domino's I would put out a $10,000 reward for the ID of those two and find out who they were and fire them. I would also video tape it so that I could place it on YouTube for everyone to see.

I just heard that these folks will be (if they aren't already) terminated and that it was apparently a joke. I heard the franchisee is also going to pursue criminal charges. I didn't watch the whole video, but if folks recognize these 2 morons, I'm sure that franchise is hurting from sales. disgusting.

I've never worked at a restaurant where either the chefs or the waiting staff didn't do something disgusting with the food.

Whenever I eat at a restaurant/order out I try to pretend that the food just materialized on my plate. Far too much time working food service makes you pretty cynical.

Yes, exactly. The story I often tell is one of the first jobs in a restaurant I had (this was in London, folks). A couple asked for cheesecake and I, being new, didn't know where it was (it wasn't with the other cakes). The manager took me to the fridge and pulled out a half-mouldy cake. Innocent me asked if I should tell them that we were out, but the manager gave me a blank look, mechanically cut off the mouldy half and told me to be generous with the portions. I was shocked that the couple didn't send the cake back - I guess it didn't taste any worse than the rest of the food they were serving.

Same! I can't tell you how many times I saw people do things to peoples food. Chicken nuggets would get picked up off the floor if they were dropped while removing from the fryer etc etc etc.

Pretty sure people from theconsumerist tracked them down.

just had a delicious domino's oven baked sandwich last night - and have been eating left over pizza today.
