Watch time is wrong

hi all

Can anyone help just been abroad for the first time with the series 3 watch and the time zone changed ok on the way out but now I am back the time has not changed back to UK time.

The phone time is correct and connected to the watch. I have tried putting airplane mode on and off but no change.

Thanks for any help.
