Anybody had any experience with Apple returning a trade in?
Sent a trade in Series 8 Watch, them decided to return my order to buy another Watch model, and they canceled the trade in and informed they will send the trade in Series 8 back, it has been more than 3 weeks and so far not received my watch back and I can see they received there…
The issue is my new watch order depends on this Series 8 to arrive/returned so i can send again as trade in for the new order
They take too long like that to return the trade ? At this point im thinking they lost my watch… if thet is the case not sure what to do.
