Took in the WATCH Ultra last Thursday and it still says "Service requested" with no estimate time for repair or return. Anyone have an estimated time from their experience for how long it should take?
So you brought it into the store I assume.Took in the WATCH Ultra last Thursday and it still says "Service requested" with no estimate time for repair or return. Anyone have an estimated time from their experience for how long it should take?
You would think that the Apple Support person would have asked if you were wearing an Apple Watch. It cannot be such a rare situation.Don't have AC+, did get back Ultra last Thursday, got a replacement vice a fix (has a new serial number) and had a heck of a time pairing it up to my iPhone 14+.
After about ½ hour of frustration, contacted Apple support through chat and trouble shot for another 20 minutes with no success. Then it dawned on me that the problem could be the WATCH 6 I was currently wearing that prevented the Ultra from pairing. 🤔
Took off the WATCH 6, then the Ultra was able to pair. 😃
Yeah, he admitted to it in fact; said he would make a note of it for future reference. You would think that the Apple Support person would have asked if you were wearing an Apple Watch. It cannot be such a rare situation.
Did they say what was wrong with your original Ultra?Yeah, he admitted to it in fact; said he would make a note of it for future reference.

Yeah, the "genius" told me if I had AC+ he would have given me a new watch on the spot ... but since I didn't, I had to go the warranty route and be without the Ultra for about a week.It does.
