This isn't really a significant problem but has me curious as to what is going on. My home office is next to our living room. Every night, if I'm in the living room watching TV, at 11:57pm my watch will buzz and display that it has unlocked my M1 iMac. I'm usually sitting about 20 ft away from the iMac. To my best knowledge, I don't have anything scheduled to run at that time. If I am elsewhere in the house such as bedroom or downstairs, I've never noticed it happen. Any ideas of what would trigger that?

Wondering if the issue is on the Mac side. Is the mac for some reason starting and then asking the watch to unlock? Don't know of a way for the watch by itself to tell a Mac to start, it usually only receives an unlock request from the Mac.

Power Nap?

I get this with my MBP when it’s open but asleep on the coffee table and I‘m on the couch. Occasional buzz of the Watch.

also have a '21 M1 iMac & my S7 watch has sim. activity daily @ 0700, vaguely recall setting a sunrise alarm on it in conjunction w/ the M1 but a memory lapse now on how to adjust it.

iMac is set to never sleep but the screen does turn off after an hour. That should eliminate Power Nap as a problem. I have a CCC task that kicks off st 3:00am.
