iPod touch Watch video on MBP, listen to audio on ipod touch

I'm sitting in my hotel waiting for the Apple Servers to settle down (could be a while!)

I'd like to watch a movie on my MBP (on the desk) and listen to the audio through headphones on my touch (sitting on the bed), since the AC is so loud here.

Surely there must be an app for this.

I already tried my airport express, but can't get it to work. It shows up in the speaker list, but when I select it the computer keeps playing and nothing comes out of the headphones.

Any ideas for help with the app or the AE?

When I tried Airfoil on my iPhone it seemed that there was too much of an audio delay for video. Ok for music, though.

I use Audioin which has a setting to adjust the size of the streaming buffer, I found setting it to small removed any audio lag I had during videos.
