Like the phones? I’m presuming so, but haven’t ordered one at launch before.

Yes.

Orders for the new models and new bands open Friday, September 14, with availability beginning Friday, September 21, in Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UAE, UK and US, with other countries later this year.
I knew they were “available,” but wanted verification that they will be delivered that day.

Availability historically has been delivery date and in-store stock for Apple. Hell you might get lucky and have UPS or FedEx screw up and deliver it to you early Thursday. Has happened in the past.

And with the timezones and that whole round Earth thing, Australia gets their devices first.

Ups won’t screw it up, as a Ups employee Apple is extremely picky on how the devices are shipped, for launch devices they have their own wing at Ups dedicated just for the devices, and they ship them out from world port in Kentucky on Thursday
