Watching a .bin file

I have only a Mac and I just downloaded a movie in a .bin file but it said I have to use Nero to be able to watch it, but I don't think Nero is for Mac, what can I do to be able to use this .bin file?

try VLC player. do you have a .cue file with it? try dragging that into VLC as well.
