Watching streaming TV from iPhone?

Hi, Is there a way to connect your iphone to a TV and watch online streaming TV? I have a Jb 4.1 I know I need a Apple TV out cable but do I need any Cydia apps for that?

For streaming to the phone : http://slingbox.com/

For streaming from a phone and throwing the picture onto a TV : Apple TV w/Airplay, or just use the A/V Cables. The only reason you would need Cydia is if you're using unsupported A/V cables. In that case, "Resupported" is the package you're looking for.

Thanks for that... I want to watch TV using the those channels app, I think an AV cable will do the job, right? I'll get the apple AV cable so I can return back if doesn't work.
