Watching Tv On Mac Mini.

I have a mac mini. connected to my plasma. through vga/hdmi connector now is there away to watch tv while im on my mac mini? btw i have dish network. also i want to put my recorded shows on my mac mini hd thanks.

Yes, but you'll need a TV tuner, such as the ones offered by Elgato or Miglia. With software, you'll be able to use your Mac as a DVR as well.
