WatchOS 10 time to stand reminders no longer working?

I already had that suspicion yesterday and confirmed it today. The watch (Ultra 1) is no longer issuing time to stand reminders 50 minutes into the hour. It worked flawlessly before the upgrade and mysteriously seems to have gone amiss. The setting is still enabled, that is not it. Has anyone else seen this?
