Since my upgrade to watchOS 2 the Exercise meter of the Activity all of a sudden has been registering a lot more activity. For instance, I did not go to the gym today and it registered 44 minutes of Exercise. Is Apple trying to butter me up? Like, what is going on? Anyone has the same impression that the new OS is trying to embellishing your achievement, to yourself?

What gets recognised as exercise activity time can change.
The threshold of exertion before doing something is seen as exercise is dynamic - and as time goes on with regular exercise they (from what i've heard previously) can raise this threshold - it's not a fixed thing.

Mine is doing the opposite. I stand most days all day for work and my activity app keeps telling me to stand. Just a few hours ago I was making dinner, which included about 30 minutes of standing and moving all over the kitchen. The app asked me to stand toward the end of the 30 minutes, which was when I was cleaning up the kitchen. So it's definitely having some issues.
