Watchos 26 bug Phone calls not triggering haptics?

Am I the only one that can’t get the watch to vibrate with incoming phone calls on watchos 26?

Since upgrading all haptic notifications to AW10 (cellular) have stopped. Did a re-setup as new watch, still no vibration. Messages are received but readable only via Settings-Messages. No “Red Dot” on watch face to indicate new incoming. No ability to read new incoming via swipe down on Watch face. Hope this is a software bug.
